Perspective CGI floor plans are becoming increasing popular with property developers and marketing agencies. This type of visual graphic gives a dynamic view of the floor space and by using real life furniture and fittings a realistic lifelike feel can be easily achieved.
As part of the developing relationship, Trident Marketing contacted Pinstripe Creative to create 15 perspective floor plans for a new development of flats.
With the investment in new hardware and software the team was confident from the outset that the tight deadline and high quality requirement would easily be achieved. Chris Spencer, Senior Multimedia Production Designer, browsed the recent established in-house library to select the most appropriate fixtures, fittings and furniture for approval by the client.
Meanwhile, the team started modelling and texturing the entire floor space and walls ready for the approved objects to be dropped into place.
Using a software plug-in, all 15 CGI’s were batch rendered overnight by 3 high spec 3D workstations, further reducing the production time and cost. Quality archived… deadline met… the clients expectations exceeded once again.
