Pinstripe Creative provides event support services to a number of production agencies and this event, through MRL productions, required a common set of solutions.
The team provided various levels of support to the production company and the end client, ensuring that all the event presentations and video clips were compiled before the event ready for rehearsals.
The technical manager was onsite during the build to ensure the AV system was executed correctly, including supporting 4 breakout workshop rooms with individual projectors and sound systems. A Pinstripe Creative AV Operator was also onsite controlling the visual stage elements, which included 3 projectors with 4 audience support Plasma TV’s. The AV Operator also doubled up as an onsite Video editor to help master various videos required for the show, recorded onsite by the video crew.
The services provided included Pre-event video editing and conversion, Pre-event DVD mastering, Pre-event PowerPoint Design, Onsite PowerPoint engineer, Onsite AV Operator, Onsite Film crew and editing suite, Post event video editing and DVD mastering.
